A quick UserCP check here looks good with Chrome browser on a Chromebook. I would like to see whether I can reproduce any problems. Could you please mention one or two specific problems as well as any error messages? Thanks! Best wishes!

It may be a silly question. But, I cannot find to edit the Display Name change settings.
Where is it? Would you please guide me if possible.
TIA
Hi,
I assume you are talking about company name and other such details? To find the company details go to:
Login as ADMIN then go -> System -> Settings ->System.
You can modify the information there. If you are looking for something else let us know.
Sorry, I cannot explain properly. I'm talking about this forum. The name is showing "hello" which is not my Name. How to edit this?
You should be able to change your username via the user control panel.
This link should take you directly to the right location:

Hello,
Thank you so much. But, I got this warning message.
You do not have permission to access this page. This could be because of one of the following reasons:
- Your account has either been suspended or you have been banned from accessing this resource.
- You do not have permission to access this page. Are you trying to access administrative pages or a resource that you shouldn't be? Check in the forum rules that you are allowed to perform this action.
- Your account may still be awaiting activation or moderation. (Resend Activation Code)
- You have accessed this page directly rather than using appropriate forms or link.
Clicking on the Resend Activation Code , it took me to another page where I found this
"Your account has already been activated or does not require email validation."
Any fix for this?
NB. I used Github to sign up.
Ah!
That's my bad, sorry.
I hadn't realized that permissions weren't setup to allow users to change their own username.
That message should be gone now.
