To further clarify: There is a bug that's causing the system to not fully perform all of the required update steps on occasion.
It's something we are looking into and hope to have resolved for the next major release, but until then you should ideally also be following these steps after running the automated update wizard:
- Go you yourdomain.com/foss-update.php
That will run any patches or file-level changes that need to be performed. You'll know it worked correctly because you should see a screen similar to this one:
- After that, log back into the admin panel and access the same page where you ran the automated updated. You'll now want to click on the "Migrate Configuration" button.
Once all three steps are completed, you should then be fully up-to-date & all of the required DB patches, configuration updates, and file changes should be complete.
