Stripe payments - Not allowing payment

Hi,

I just installed FOSSBilling to move away from WHMCS and this is the closest software I have found for functionality. I installed the Stripe payment option and went to test it. When I turn on test mode on the back-end, everything works great. However once I turn off test mode and try it, the Stripe payment screen never loads. It just says "Processing Payment, Thank you for your patience". Any idea what's going wrong and how to fix this? I have all of the keys from the Stripe API inserted and as mentioned, it works when in test mode. TYIA!

It should behave the same for either configuration, all that happens when you enable test mode is that it uses the stripe test keys rather than production keys.

So any behavior difference should only be on Stripe's end
