Just spent two days setting up Fossbilling as a replacement of our painfully long ordeal with WHMCS and the light at the end of the hosting management tunnel is sweet and bright. We are going to start contributing monthly and we will spread the word about how good this software is. With all our help, it can grow to be a real alternative over those bloated hosting managers. So far, we have found a few features that would be nice to have, however, the software is still ready for production regardless: Ability to customize starting IDs for invoices, orders, clients; doesn't look good to send a 14 year old client invoice # 000002 (We solved this by altering the DB with minimal repercussions) Option to add contacts to one account. Some clients have a primary point of contact and then another person managing payments. Reports. At least one with projected income. This is good software and we are grateful to the developing team. Also, we'd love to hear about your migration process, as we're planning to add a Migration Tool in the future.

Regarding Invoice IDs, that should be possible in the invoice settings. If you navigate to https://yourfossbilling.domain.com/admin/extension/settings/invoice you can modify "Next paid invoice number" and it should work 🙂

Indeed, if you had any kind of migration process that wasn't 100% manual I'd love to see it shared. That could be incredibly helpful when it comes time for us to work on a migration / import tool.
