Hi, I discovered FOSSBilling today and it is a much needed software. I was not able to find information related to its governance. How are decisions made? Who owns the domain (trademark if any) and the OpenCollective account etc. Sorry if I missed the information on an existing page 🙏

earl-warren The Open Collective account has the SC members as admins with the restriction that no admin can approve expenses paid to themself. Discord, Mastodon, Docker Hub, other social media, this forum, etc. also have the SC members as admins (owners). The domain names are registered to one of the SC members with at least one other member having access to them to remove a single human point of failure. The ideal longer term goal is to create a non-profit foundation, that would function as a legal person/entity which would assume ownership of all project assets.

Thanks for the pointer, I missed it indeed.

An important aspect of governance is who owns / is in control of the project assets. The GOVERNANCE.md document clarifies the GitHub organization is owned by the members of the steering committee. How about the domain name? The OpenCollective account? The discord admin? The mastodon account?
