Public tickets - xsewerynx - 01-14-2025

Hi guys,

I'm trying to understand how the public ticketing feature works. I've already made sure the relevant setting in the admin CP is set to off, meaning to allow public ticketing. However, clicking on support from the main page always forces log-in. Any ideas on how a guest could submit a support ticket?
