you have to register your domain so that you can properly configure the System, also what purpose would it have to use it without a domain name, if the purpose is to sell hosting and attached services. The steps are simple, you set up the domain with your dedicated server and then install Foosbilling. I hope it helps you although the question is quite basic. Read a little more about how a Hoting company is managed
