adjust server not working - WHH - 12-19-2024

ik heb het account van een klant op een andere server moeten plaatsen.

Ik wou in fossbilling dit ook aanpassen in het huidge pakket van de klant.
In de bestelling ben ik naar Order configuratie beheer gegaan om bij server_id het andere nummer in te vullen in dit geval van servernummer 1 naar servernummer 4

Dit slaat hij mooi op maar ik blijf vervolgens de gegevens van server 1 in beeld zien en ook onder Manage hosting account nogsteeds de gegevens van server 1 staan. De knop om direct op het controle paneel in te loggen (directadmin) werkt dan ook niet meer.

Doe ik iets fout

I believe you actually will need to access the database, find the related data in the service_hosting table. and then update the service_hosting_server_id value with the ID of the new server.

This ID would be at the end of the URL when you are editing a server. For example,if the edit URL for a server is /admin/servicehosting/server/14 then the server ID in this case is 14.
