For the few that don't, you are able to build a custom form using the custom form builder though.
As for the other ones the only existing option is to override the default order template with one that includes new forms.

If you're able to do so from within the UI, you'll see it like so:

Are custom form and custom fields the same? 

I'm a little bit confused as the form is not visible for the specific products from the customer end. 

Is this possible to show the fields from the client's end?
