Describe the bug
The Quantity Selection is Not displaying on Client Portal.

How to reproduce
Step 1: Create a Product
Step 2: Enable Product
Step 3: Enable "Allow quantity selection on order form"
Step 4: Save
Step 5: Go to Client Portal
Step 6: Go to Orders
Step 7: Select Product
Step 8: Can see Billing Cycle/Price but does not have any field to add the Quantity.

Expected behavior
Step 1: Create a Product
Step 2: Enable Product
Step 3: Enable "Allow quantity selection on order form"
Step 4: Save
Step 5: Go to Client Portal
Step 6: Go to Orders
Step 7: Select Product
Step 8: Able to enter or Select the Quantity
