Hello, my friends.
I'm happy to be with you. I'm new to FoosBilling.
I installed the BoxBilling script and discovered that I could migrate the system to FoosBillin. However, I'm having difficulty resolving a problem Class "Locale" not found 
This is the message I receive :  You've received a generic error message: 
Code:

Class "Locale" not found
An error has occurred.
  Can you help?

You probably don't have the intl extension installed:
